Whether we analyze prior utilization, project revenue, calculate risk, act on your behalf with vendors, assist building compliance with new regulations, prepare fund documents or other communications, or provide the impartial sounding board you need, our experience supports your fund and your participants.	SUMMARY PLAN DESCRIPTIONS: SPD's must support participants in using the Plan as a family needs,yet clearly specify limits. Readable yet measured language must enable both of these. To "be silent" is to await expense and conflict. NEW YORK HEALTH CARE REFORM ACT: We advised select clients, from outset, to use an alternate compliance mode, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars. HIPAA SECURITY RULE: We did not identify problems and offer a separate proposal to identify solutions. We do one complete, cost effective, engagement; and we design scalable, Rule compliant solutions to contain expense and effort.
